The pandemic demonstrated that teams can be successful in hybrid and virtual environments—but sustained success requires new ways of thinking, creativity, and intentional leadership. Effective hybrid leaders draw on strong people skills and create new cultural norms to keep team members engaged, connected, and contributing.

This course provides practical examples and proven strategies to help leaders support hybrid teams, strengthen engagement, and foster a sense of collective success. Participants will explore how to build inclusive team cultures where all members feel valued and aligned with shared outcomes.

This interactive course is built around evolving best practices that emerged during the shift to hybrid work. Sessions focus on both the technical and human skills required to keep teams engaged and focused on outcomes.

This is not a technology “how-to” course focused on a single platform. Tools and practices discussed are applicable across most virtual meeting environments.

This course is designed for anyone who wants to increase their effectiveness and impact while leading virtual or hybrid teams.

Pre-work will be provided in advance of the session.

Cancellations received in writing ten (10) working days prior to the course date will receive a full refund, less a 20% service fee (plus 13% HST). No refunds will be issued after this period.

Substitution of registrants from the same company may be made up to the course date.

The MEARIE Group reserves the right to postpone or cancel any course due to low enrollment. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or may transfer their registration to a future session.
