MEARIE’s Regulatory Specialist Certificate Program is a one‑of‑a‑kind offering in Ontario, designed to build practical, progressive expertise in utility regulation. The program starts with a strong foundation in the principles of economic regulation and advances toward a deeper understanding of how and why regulation is applied in Ontario, supported by real‑world case studies and specialized regulatory topics.
Delivered through three focused, two‑day modules, the program provides participants with both conceptual knowledge and applied insight into the regulatory environment. It is well suited to professionals across all functional areas and career stages, as well as individuals interested in developing or advancing a career in Ontario’s energy sector.

How do I register?

Training Courses you have registered for are available on The MEARIE Portal. If you do not have an account, visit: Register on MEARIE Portal to create an account. Once logged in, click "My Courses" in the navigation bar on the right to display courses you have registered for.
