- The changing regulatory environment, including an overview of the Renewed Regulatory Framework (RRF) with a focus on productivity and continuous improvement expectations for LDCs in Ontario
- The regulatory cycle, including the RRF Incentive Regulation Mechanism, business and regulatory planning, rate making, reporting and compliance, and current challenges
