Due to high demand for hotel room bookings, those who book hotel rooms without completing the conference registration by May 22, 2026 will be contacted and will have their hotel room re-allocated to a registered delegate. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to manage our hotel room block.

The conference kicks off with our annual golf tournament! Enjoy the afternoon on the links, or networking while kayaking/biking around beautiful Muskoka. In the evening, join us for delicious food and beverages at our conference kick-off reception.

Thursday, June 18

Attend the informative workshop in the morning, enjoy the resort, or catch up on some work. In the afternoon, engage with the featured keynote and speaker sessions. The evening is MEARIE’s legendary Reception & Lakeside BBQ Dinner.

Friday, June 19

The conference wraps up with the remaining speaker sessions in the morning. Event ends at noon.
