The MEARIE Management Salary Survey is the industry benchmark for the Local Distribution Company (LDC) sector, delivering comprehensive compensation insights for more than 50 key management and leadership roles across Ontario LDCs. The Board of Director Compensation Survey complements this analysis by providing detailed, LDC‑specific compensation information for Board positions. Both reports are included with your Human Capital Risk Management (HCRM) annual subscription, supporting evidence‑based decision‑making and strategic workforce planning.

How to Participate in the Survey
To participate in the 2026 Management Salary Survey, please download and complete the Registration Form.
Once your completed registration form is received, our survey administration partner, Eckler, will contact you directly with next steps.
Accessing Your Survey
After registration is confirmed:
- We will provide secure access credentials
- Using these credentials, you will be able to:
- Download the blank survey template
- Upload your completed submission
- Blank surveys will be distributed mid‑May 2026 via email
All survey activity is managed through a secure online portal.
Submitting Your Completed Survey
Once completed, email Eckler your survey using the address provided.
Final Report Delivery
Following data validation and analysis, the final report will be:
- Delivered via secure file transfer
- Available exclusively to HCRM subscribers through the MEARIE Portal
The 2026 final report will be released in September 2026.
