MEARIE Management Salary Survey & the HCRM Subscription
The MEARIE Group’s Management Salary Survey provides compensation information on over 50 key Local Distribution Company (LDC) positions and is the industry standard for the LDC sector. The Survey on Board of Director Compensation provides comprehensive information on Board positions specific to the LDC sector. Both the MEARIE Management Salary Report and the Board of Director Compensation Report are included in your Human Capital Risk Management (HCRM) annual subscription.
This HCRM Subscription also includes:
- Annual Labour Relations Report for Ontario LDCs
- Access to the LDC Collective Agreements
- Full suite of Human Capital Risk Reports
HCRM Membership is $3,985 + HST.
To participate in this year's survey, please complete and return the registration form.
How to Participate in the Survey
Please download and fill in the Registration Form or contact Roxane Coombs-Beale, Senior HR & Business Services Coordinator. Submit the completed registration form to Roxane Coombs-Beale. Once we have received your completed registration form, a representative from Eckler, our survey administration partner, will contact you.
How to Access Your Blank Survey
Once your completed registration form has been received, the access information for the blank survey will be forwarded to you from Eckler, our survey administration partner. You will be provided with a unique login and password to a secured site. This secured site can be used to download the blank survey and upload the completed survey. Blank surveys will be available and provided via email mid-April.
How to Upload Your Completed Survey
Once the survey has been completed, upload your survey to the secured site using the same log-in and password.
Final Report
Once the surveys have been processed and the analysis completed, the final report will be sent to you via secured file transfer. It will also be accessible to HCRM Subscribers only on the MEARIE Portal.
The report will be available in September.

Supplementary Data Reports Now Available
New this year is the option for a Supplementary Data Report. If you require compensation comparisons with specific organizations, these can now be provided. Pending confirmation of data density to ensure anonymity of comparisons, this additional analysis and report is available at an additional cost of $800 plus HST.
